Services Monday for Mrs. Murray
     
OROFINO, Idaho - Mrs. Molly J. Murray, 74, widow of a Clearwater River ferry operator and farmer, died at her home here Thursday, of cancer. She had been seriously ill about a month.
     Her husband, Benjamin, whom she married July 1, 1906, at Cavendish, had operated a ferry at Ahsahka for 15 years until his death Sept. 15, 1921.
     She was born Nov. 2, 1888, at Enterprise, Ore., and moved with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Bloom to Peck in 1902.
     After her marriage they homesteaded on the North Fork of the Clearwater River. They later lived at Peck, Ahsahka, Teakean and Fraser, and in the Orofino area. She was a member of the First Christian Church.
     Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Rogers and Mrs. Gertrude White, both of Orofino; one son, Acy of Scottsdale, Ore; two brothers, Leslie (John) Bloom, Orofino. and Edward Bloom, Winchester; one sister, Mrs. Walter Taylor, Boring, Ore.; three grand-children, five great-grandchildren and seven step-great-grandchildren.
     The funeral will be Monday at 10 a.m. at Gilbert's Chapel, with the Rev. Athur Harriman, pastor of the First Christian Church officiating. Burial will be at Sunnyside Cemetery near Ahsahka.
